The Perfect Father's Day Gift: GOLF!

The John P. Hine Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 18th at Quarry Ridge Golf Course in Portland. The 18 holes at Quarry Ridge are spectacularly set among rolling hills and granite rock outcroppings, and overlook the Meshomasic State Forest and the Connecticut River. Sign up for a great day of golf and support the Killingworth Library at the Eleventh Annual Tournament, a major fundraiser for the Killingworth Library Association. The event features lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart, beverages on the course, dinner in the clubhouse, prizes and chances to win in the large raffle -- all for $125 per golfer. Tournament day registration begins at 11am, lunch at 11:30am with a 1 PM shotgun start time.

The deadline to sign up for the tournament is quickly approaching. If you would like to participate in the golf outing sponsored by the Killingworth Library, you have until June 10 to sign-up. Early registrants (before May 15) will be entered into a drawing for a foursome at TPC River Highlands. The course has been renovated and will be even better than before, so why not register early?

There will also be a special prize for the father/son team with the best score for the day. So invite your Dad or bring your son and enjoy an early Father's Day together!
