VIDEO: In the Holiday Spirit

'Twas 20 minutes before the performance and all through the parking lot not a spot could be found. 

On Friday morning, parents and friends were forced to park streets away and walk in the chilly December drizzle to attend the musical holiday concert at the East Haddam Elementary School. The school gym was standing room only as parents garnered for the optimal viewing spot of their little holiday elf.

Music teacher Theresa Mazzefarro led the students in an hour-long performance of holiday classics, some with a personal twist that only the beloved music teacher could give.

The walk was well-worth the performance.
