Wednesday Night Parent Series Begins this Week in East Haddam

Keys to Happy and Successful Children– Part 1

Is your child... active or quiet? Slow to warm up? Distractible? Highly focused? Sees the world with a glass half empty? Join us and find out how these traits and more can affect your parenting.

Parenting Style and Your Child’s Temperament: Parenting is an interactive experience. Children are born with a temperament that is unique to them. Parenting style affects a child’s development. Finding a “goodness of fit” between parents and child will help you create a more harmonious family life while allowing your child to be themselves.

When: October 12, 2011 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Where: East Haddam Elementary School, 45 Joe Williams Rd., Moodus

RSVP: Please register at 860-873-3296. Free childcare is available with daycare professionals; please include number of children and ages when registering.
