Just Move!

New Year's Eve is behind us, but resolutions are in high gear. All you have to do is start moving again.

New Year's Eve is behind us, but resolutions are in high gear. A lot of folks set their expectations high in the area of exercise. Often this can lead to failure. All you have to do is start moving again. This will be different depending on the individual. If 10 minutes is all you have, use these 10 minutes and just move. Try going out for a walk. There are always options at home, as well. Instead of lying around on the couch, use your couch to do squats (sit down, stand up). Just move.
