Ok folks, football season is here and going strong. We all know what happens. We give ourselves permission to eat and drink whatever we want.
Ok folks, football season is here and going strong. We all know what happens. We give ourselves permission to eat and drink whatever we want. I mean who doesn't like tailgating, even if it's in our own living room?
MODERATION! Try to keep your portion sizes small and don't feel like you have to eat or drink everything that is put in front of you. Don't forget there are many lower fat options out there for food and drinks.
When you're not watching football or tailgaiting, remember to get out and exercise! Fall is a wonderful time of year to go for a hike, walk, nordic walk, or even play some ball with your kids.
