How Many Lyme Residents Received Coronavirus Vaccine So Far?
State health officials released data for the first time which shows how many residents in each town have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
LYME, CT — According to the state Department of Public Health, a total of 277 Lyme residents have received their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.
There are 2,316 Lyme residents and 12 percent of them have received their first dose. Lyme has 258 residents over the age of 75 and 153 of them have received their first dose or 59 percent, according to state health officials.
Since the pandemic began in March, Lyme has reported 77 cases and no deaths.
