Katie Jeffrey, owner of FitNutrition, LLC in Stonington, CT will be participating in the Total Life Expo this weekend for a unique quality-of-life event that encompasses all aspects of life – mind, body, and spirit.
The expo will take place in the Uncas Ballroom of Mohegan Sun this Saturday, May 18th from 10am to 3pm.
Katie will be giving 3 cooking demos with Mohegan Sun Chef Richard Doucette at at the following times:
- 10:30am - Healthy Substitutions
- 12pm - Out-of-the-Box Summer Lunch Ideas for Kids
- 1:30pm - Cooking with Kids (make your own pizza)
