Marijuana Bust Made in East Lyme: PD

EAST LYME, CT — Police arrested a Gilman man after he was found to have a large quantity of marijuana, cash and other items in his vehicle, according to police.

Police pulled over Jacob Goldblatt, 20, on June 26. During the stop an officer smelled marijuana and searched the vehicle.

More than four ounces of marijuana, two scales and $1,210 in cash was found.

Goldblatt was charged with possession of more than four ounces of marijuana, possession with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and motor vehicle violations.

He was held on a $1,000 bond.
