East Lyme Emergency Management is urging every household to participate in an important electronic survey intended to better identify behavior during potential emergency situations requiring an evacuation of the Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ) around the Millstone Power Station. This is part of the federal design/conduct requirements of a ten-year Evacuation Time Estimate project for each US commercial nuclear power plant.

The electronic survey is available in English and Spanish. No personal information is required. It is requested that a head of household (18 years or older) complete this survey. Responses will be shared with Dominion Energy and Emergency Management Officials from each EPZ town.

The survey includes 16 questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Participation from every household is essential for effectively updating our emergency response evacuation procedures. Please share this post with friends and family who reside in East Lyme.
