9/21/2021 – East Lyme Emergency Management is requesting information from Residents and Businesses who experienced damage from Tropical Storm Ida on 9/2/2021. This information is important to determine if New London County and the State of CT will reach the necessary threshold to be eligible for financial assistance from FEMA.

If your primary residence or business experienced damage during tropical storm Ida on 9/2/2021, please fill out the appropriate form.  Please note, it is very important to include photographs of the damage that occurred to your property as a result of the storm.

There is a VERY TIGHT TIMELINE for this information to be submitted, so it is important that we receive your submission by 4:00 p.m. THIS THURSDAY, 9/23/2021!

If you have received insurance estimates for damages, please include that information along with your form and photo’s when submitting your damages.  If you know someone that experienced damage from the storm, please share the website link with them.  Thank you!
