Town Of Lyme: Update On Grassy Hill Road Repair Work; Gungy Road Work To Begin

Phase 1 of the Grassy Hill Road repairs have been completed. The road will have one lane open at all times while we await the delivery of guardrails. These are projected to arrive in about two weeks. The road will be closed for approximately one day for the installation of the guardrails, once they arrive.

Repairs of a bridge on Gungy Road will begin tomorrow (September 30) and should take about one week. The road will be closed during workdays and all efforts will be made to allow one-lane traffic on nights and weekends while the repairs are being completed.
