Camille's is a relatively new addition to the roster at the Fieldstone commons shopping plaza. Owner Camille M. Malaspina, executive chef David A. Noad and General Manager Dennis A. Noad serve up a make your own pie but then go out on a limb with offerings like a bacon and eggs pizza, prosciutto and Billy's Bianco - which features pistachio, cream, goat cheese, ricotta, red onion and truffle honey.
David Noad says the restaurant uses all farm fresh ingredients, locally grown, if available.
