Discussion of Legislative Concerns with State Delegation Held, Reappointment to Blight Review approved.
Good Afternon, and a Happy final Friday of 2022 neighbors! From the Council Chair, providing a review of our regular held on December 27th.
For Tuesday, December 27th, the Town Council met for two items of discussion and business. The first item was a legislative discussion regarding priorities and concerns for the 2023 legislative session. Topics of concern included goals each legislator has for the 2023 session, well water contamination concerns, crumbling foundation updates, environmental policies to reduce waste, healthcare consolidation issues and other topics. The second item of business was a unanimous approval for a reappointment to the Blight Review Committee.
