Cinder Block Hurled Through Glass At Tolland Home

TOLLAND, CT — A cinder block was tossed through a door at a home in Tolland last week, state police said.

It took place Tuesday on Anthony Road, according to an arrest report.

The homeowners told troopers that the home did not appear to have been entered, according to an arrest report. Glass on the front door was shattered and the cinder block was found in the living room, according to an arrest report.

State police did arrest a 35-year-old Tolland man after an investigation and charged him with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. According to an arrest report, video footage "clearly" showed the man throwing the object. The report did not suggest a motive.
