Thursday, Aug. 10

Rachel C. Kobs, 23, of Vernon, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 11:19 a.m.

Michael Ostyerholm, 44, of Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to wear safety belt, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in proper lane, on a warrant, 4:28 p.m.

Callie C. Hinton, 23, of Virginia Beach, Va., was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance on Franklin Woods Dr. in Somers, 9:36 p.m.

Juan S. Valdez, 59, of Leominster, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence with a child under 18 as passenger, risk of injury to a child and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on I-84 in Willington, 3:13 a.m.

Sunday, Aug. 13

Kim N. Phan, 36, of Worcester, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, risk of injury to a child and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on I-84 in Tolland, 2:52 a.m.

Tania L. Lupacchino, 48, of Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (22 counts), on a warrant, 4:10 p.m.
