Details Released For Tolland Budget Referendum

The annual budget referendum is scheduled for May 2, 2023 in the Tolland Library Program Room at 21 Tolland Green (Lot C).

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m.

Only registered Tolland voters may vote in this referendum.

Absentee ballot applications will be available in the Town Clerk’s office beginning April 13, 2023.

Absentee ballot applications are also available on the Town website:

Applications As Well As ballots may be deposited in the drop boxes. Boxes will be emptied daily beginning Monday April 17, 2023.

• Parking Lot A near Human Services entrance
• Parking Lot C near Library entrance

If voting via absentee ballot, be mindful of the following:

If applying via mail, we suggest you get the application to the Town Clerk’s office by Monday, April 24, 2023 to allow enough processing time for USPS turn-around.

Absentee ballots can be returned in person to the Town Clerk's office by 4:30 p.m. Monday May 1, 2023, or in the mail or drop boxes by 8 p.m. Tuesday May 2, 2023.
