The Tolland Public Library will host a workshop on resume writing and job searching from the Human Resources perspective. Matthew R. Kerzner is the founder and president of MRK Associates specializing in human capital. Kerzner has 15 years experience in business operations, training and development, organizational development, communications, labor relations, employee relations, recruiting, and human resources.
