Heavy Rains Keeping North Central CT's Primary Water Source Full
Connecticut Water says there is plenty of drinking water in north central Connecticut.

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Heavy recent rainfall has helped keep the region's primary reservoir at capacity this summer.
Connecticut Water Company spokesman Daniel Meaney said the stormy weather has kept the Shenipsit Lake Reservoir at about its 5 billion gallon capacity.
Actually this year is "pretty much similar" to the levels in the summers of 2021 and 2020 with the reservoir full or near full, Meaney said.
