Join Me in Voting for Colleen Yudichak for Town Council

I’m writing to express my strong support for Colleen Yudichak to return to the Town Council to continue serving the people of Tolland.

Colleen’s ability to interact effectively with people of various political affiliations is exceptional and truly necessary in our present climate. She works to ensure that all voices are heard. Whatever is in the best interests of Tolland residents is what Colleen works to bring to our town. Colleen asks difficult questions, and considers all sides of issues. Colleen is unwavering in her dedication to advocating for all residents of Tolland, from her years as a Board of Education member (and eventual chairperson) to her present role on the Town Council.

Colleen uniquely possesses the background and knowledge that comes from having served on both the Tolland Board of Education as well as the Tolland Town Council. During this time, Colleen has served on numerous committees, with excellent attendance and dedication to each one. I’ve noticed that, while supporting the specific needs of our town residents and students, Ms. Yudichak exercises great care when it comes to decisions that require spending our tax dollars. She looks into whether grants are available, and how expenses can be addressed without unfairly burdening Tolland residents.

Because of Colleen's consistent efforts to ensure that Tolland residents are provided with the very best services available, Colleen's positive and respectful manner when interacting with each resident, leader and stake-holder, and due to her genuine commitment to our town and its residents, I whole-heartedly support her candidacy to remain on the Town Council. Tolland would be lucky to have Colleen Yudichak back!

Respectfully,
Deirdre Goldsmith, Resident
