TOAALND, CT – A joint budget meeting of the Town Council and Board of Education is scheduled for Tuesday to review budget-related matters.
Several meetings regarding the budget for the 2017-2018 fiscal year have been out off because of uncertainty in the state budget. A $40.7 billion two-year state budget was passed early Saturday morning by the state legislature. A veto by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy is being anticipated.
Tuesday's meeting in Tolland scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Hicks Municipal Center.
