The Latest State Police Arrests Out Of Troop C

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Dec. 7

STAFFORD, CT — Annedlassia Porter, 21, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny and criminal impersonation on a warrant in connection with a caper at the Tolland XtraMart last spring. Daniel Penaigua, 37, of Manchester was charged on a warrant in connection with the same theft with conspiracy to commit both third- and fifth-degree larceny.

Dec. 9

TOLLAND, CT — A stop on Interstate-84 led to charges against Deborah Filiault, 58, of Enfield, that include operating at too slow a speed, driving under the influence and a lane violation.

Dec. 10

MANSFIELD, CT — Danyelle Rossetti, 31, of Farmington, was charged with driving under the influence, evading and both lane and traffic signal violations after state police received several 911 calls about erratic driving on Route 275.

WILLINGTON — Allusion Johnson, 33, of Coventry, was charged with following too closely and driving under the influence after a crash on the Exit 70 eastbound off-ramp of I-84.

Dec. 11

WILLINGTON, CT — Kyle Quenzer, 25, of Springfield, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and evading after a crash on River Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Shaun Dorman, 28, of Mansfield, was charged with evading after a crash on Stafford Road.

Dec. 12

WILLINGTON, CT — After a crash on Ruby Road, Thaddeus Couch-Grider, 26, was charged with driving under the influence.
