Jan. 10

WILLINGTON, CT — Grady Young, 32, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Boston Turnpike in Willington.

Jan. 9

ELLINGTON, CT — Scott Shirk, 51, of Ellington, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a child, and single counts of interfering, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance at an Ellington home.

MANSFIELD, CT — Vernon resident Gilman Fortin, 78, was charged with violating a protective order after illegally contacting a protected person, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — Hiram Sanchez, 43, of Worcester, MA, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on I-84 near Exit 70.

MANSFIELD, CT — James Loosemore, 59, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment on a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Suzean Langan, 44, of Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a physical altercation on Hampden Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — John Dubiel, 23, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance involving a woman and himself.

ELLINGTON, CT — After a motorcycle crash on Ellington Avenue, 48-year-old Stafford resident Stephen Montie was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence and a lane violation.

WILLINGTON, CT — After reaching reports about an impaired driver on Old Farms Road, sate police stopped a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Windham resident Justin Jaquith and charged him with driving under the influence.

MANSFIELD, CT — Samuel Bruder, 37, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Boulder Lane.

ELLINGTON, CT — Alexander Czaja, 26, of Ellington, was charged after an incident on Sandy Beach Road with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
