The Latest State Police/Troop C Arrests

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information is public record and reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Aug. 2

ASHFORD, CT — Nathan Zel Thomas-Cooper, 22, of Chaplin, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering, criminal attempt at escape from custody, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an incident on Varga Road.

Aug. 3

ASHFORD, CT — Elrich Reynolds, 40, of Pomfret Center, was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace in relation to a July 20 incident.

MANSFIELD, CT — Joseph Torza, 18, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct following a disturbance on Yale Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Alesha Tayana, 25, of East Hartford, was charged with the illegal sale of inadequate seat belts, driving under the influence, a lane violation and risk of injury to a child on a warrant.

Aug. 4

VERNON, CT — Erik Williams, 43, of Stafford, was charged with violation of probation at Rockville Superior Court.

Aug. 7

TOLLAND, CT — Ryan Vokey, of Storrs, was charged with driving under the influence, a traffic signal violation, driving while under suspension and possession of a controlled substance after an I-84 traffic stop.
