Sept. 17

ELLINGTON, CT — Sean Peter Hale, 35, of South Windsor, was chargd with violating a protective order, according to a report. The charge was related to an incident on Mountain Street, according to a report. Amanda Winchester, 32, of Vernon was charged with interfering, state police said.

Sept. 20

TOLLAND, CT — Melissa Cornaglia, 42, of Cromwell, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery and interfering, according to a report. She was arrested after a traffic stop on Interstate-84, according to a report. She also had multiple warrants outstanding for her arrest, state police said.

Sept. 21

TOLLAND, CT — Konstantin Lelcaj, 25, of The Bronx, NY, was charged with reckless driving after being clocked at 112 mph on a stretch of Interstate-84, according to a report.

MANSFIELD, CT —Angela Seng, 19, of Glastonbury, was charged with disorderly conduct after a domestic incident on Davis Road in Mansfield, according to a report.

TOLLAND, CT — Lihang Chen, 21, of Syracuse, NY, was charged with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct, according to a report. The charges were related to a domestic incident on Buff Cap Road, according to a report.

Sept. 22

SOMERS, CT — Joseph Gorecki, 61, of Hampden, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and a signal violation at 12:31 a.m., according to a report. He was involved in a crash on Root Road, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — Liane Wilson, 26, of Stafford, was charged with speeding, driving under the influence and a lane violation at 1:55 a.m., according to a report. She was stopped on River Road for erratic driving, according to a report.

Tolland, CT — Michael Famiglieti, 37, of Tolland, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an altercation on Robin Circle, according to a report. He was arrested at 6:45 p.m., state police said.

Sept. 24

STAFFORD, CT — A 14-year-old was charged with first-degree breach of peace after allegedly making comments in a local classroom that "caused alarm," according to a report. The youth's name was not released, per state law.

Sept. 25

MANSFIELD, CT — Samantha Piontek, 23, of Mansfield Center, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, illegally taking a payment card, charging less than $500 on a revoked card and receipt from the illegal use of a credit card, according to a report. She is accused of sneaking into the home of an elderly woman who left a door cracked open for her cats, according to a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joshuan Moody, 37, of Vernon, was charged with drunken driving, driving while under suspension, evading and failure to drive right after a crash on Windsorville Road, according to a report. A guardrail was damaged in the 5:32 p.m. crash, state police said.
