LETTER: Barb DiMauro for Tolland Planning & Zoning Commission

I am writing to support Barb Dimauro, a Republican, for Tolland’s Planning and Zoning Commission.

Planning and Zoning Commission needs people who understand the planning and zoning needs from both a resident and business owner perspective. Barb has run a small business since 2012 giving her firsthand knowledge of all aspects of business and prior to that was a marketing manager.

She also serves her community as well most notably as the founder of The Godfather Fund, which provides scholarship funds for nursing students.

Barb is seeking a position on the PZC to promote smart growth that balances small town character with the needs of business to continue to create a great town that promotes business and understands the needs of its residents.
