TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — To the Editor:

I have had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Gordon, the Republican candidate for the State Senate, 35 th
District.

Jeff has impressive credentials that clearly qualify him for this position. He is a physician, a profession
that requires valuable skill sets, not well represented in the current legislative body. Additionally, he has
dedicated much time to his town, serving as an elected official with significant involvement in various
civic organizations.

These credentials, as impressive as they are, are not what compels me to write this letter. They speak
for themselves. It is Jeff himself that is refreshing.

I am convinced Jeff understands what it means to be a true representative, to bring the issues of our district to the forefront and ensure they be weighed in the mix — a shirt sleeve representative who will work to make our concerns count, someone who will communicate our issues and demand the legislative body listen, not try to sell us on what the
legislative majority wants.

Jeff is someone who will work across the aisle to fulfill our needs as our representative in Hartford.

Please learn about Jeff at www.jeffreygordon.com and give him consideration.
