Tolland Grand List Value Goes Down for First Time Since 1970's
A recent revaluation of property values in Tolland has pushed the grand list down a total of four percent, according to preliminary results.

A recent revaluation of property values in Tolland has pushed the grand list down a total of four percent, according to preliminary results.
Resential value is down five percent and commercial value is up six percent, town Assessor Jason Lawrence told the Town Council, according to minutes.
The numbers will be finalized by year end. There will be a meeting for the public with a presentation on Nov. 20, according to the minutes.
