Tolland Greater Together Community Fund Advisory Committee at the Hartford Foundation is growing and in search of additional committee members.The Fund, initially endowed in 2019 with a $100,000 grant from the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving,has completed its fourth round of grants. A total of $71,900 was distributed to nonprofit organizations to support our Tolland community.The next funding round is being planned for the fall.
The Tolland Community Fund Advisory Committee is comprised of Tolland residents who work to identify community needs and to ensure that distribution of funds yields the greatest benefit to town residents. Members through their grant making have a positive impact on the community.
