Tolland High School to Have Freshmen Baseball This Spring
On Wednesday, the Board of Education approved a proposal to have the team.

On Wednesday, the Board of Education approved a proposal to have a freshmen baseball team at Tolland High School this spring.
The program is estimated to cost $4,896 and that includes for a stipend for the coach, officials, transportation, a porta potty, and medical supplies. Supplies will also be shared with the junior varsity and varsity teams.
It is estimated that 16 athletes will participate in the program and that each will pay the $225 pay to participate fee. That will bring in $3,600 and the Friends of Tolland Baseball will contribute the remaining $1,296.
