Tolland Man Accused Of Sending Threatening Messages To CT Lawmaker
A Tolland man was arrested by Connecticut Capitol Police Monday in a threatening case.
HARTFORD, CT — A 42-year-old Tolland man is facing a trio of criminal charges in connection with correspondence sent to a member of the state House of Representatives, authorities said.
Justin Gagnon surrendered on a warrant Monday and is scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on Sept. 21, according to authorities.
He was charged with second-degree threatening, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree harassment, according to authorities.
