Tolland Needs a Bigger Boat for Village Development Presentation

TOLLAND, CT — A Special Town Council meeting has called for Sept. 6 at 7:30 p.m. for a presentation about the Tolland Village area development proposal is being moved to a larger venue.

The meeting is now slated for the Tolland Middle School Auditorium, officials said.

Developer Mark DePecol is scheduled to make a presentation of development plans for the Tolland Village Area. The public is invited to attend.
