Tolland Residents Walk into Elevator Closure at Hicks Center

TOLLAND, CT — The upper elevator at the Hicks Municipal Center will be closed for repairs on Monday and Tuesday of this week, town officials said.
The upper elevator brings people from the fourth floor to the sixth floor.
The closure could last even longer, town officials said.
