Tolland Students Earn Academic Honors

Stonehill College recently named Tolland resident Shannon M. Blair, a member of the class of 2012, to its Dean's List for the Fall 2011 semester.

To qualify for the Dean's List at Stonehill, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have completed successfully all courses for which they were registered.

Also, Michael Jablonski, son of John and Patricia Jablonski of Tolland, was named to the Dean's List for the fall 2011 semester at Saint Michael's College. Jablonski is a Senior Business Administration major at the liberal arts, residential Catholic college located in Burlington, Vermont, one of America's top 10 college towns. Students who complete a minimum of 12 credits and achieve a grade point average of at least 3.4 at the end of a semester are recognized for their scholarship by inclusion on the Dean's List.
