Tolland Volleyball Secures Win Against Bloomfield
The victory marks the third win of the season for Tolland.
Tolland volleyball continued its strong season with a victory against Bloomfield High School on Wednesday. The team won in four sets, (25-12, 23-25, 25-7, and 25-16) according to coach Ken Brown.
Brown said that the Eagles (3-1) had several stand outs, including Kelsey Lewis with nine kills and two blocks, Kristin Schatzlein with 12 aces and 10 kills and Kayla Higgins with 12 assists.
The volleyball team will travel to Farmington for an out-of-conference match Friday at 5:30 p.m., according to the posted schedule.
