On Saturday, October 15, from 12 P.M. to 4 P.M., the Tolland Town Harvest Festival returns to the historic Tolland Green for its second year. This celebration includes live music, food trucks, face painting, free games, and for the first time this year, adult beverages will be available for onsite purchases. Also, with some of the most creative, ingenious, and humorous scarecrow displays in Connecticut, the town’s “Scarecrow Row,” also located on the Tolland Green, is a fall “must see” attraction that offers attendees a chance to view and vote for their favorite scarecrow, during and after this fall celebration event. Voting will be open until October 26th.

Hosted by the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee (PCC), the annual scarecrow contest is a highly anticipated kick-off for the town’s fall festival.
