Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Tolland, Connecticut, will hold a Public Hearing at the Hicks Memorial Municipal Center, 6th Floor Council Chambers, 21 Tolland Green, Tolland, Connecticut on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes: To hear comments on the following item: 1. Consideration and action concerning a resolution to authorize the Town to issue its bonds in an amount not to exceed $9,000,000 to refund certain prior bonds of the Town and to finance such additional amounts as are needed to pay all fees, costs, expenses and premium in connection with the refunding of the prior bonds and appropriating the proceeds of such bonds for the foregoing purpose. The full text of the foregoing authorizing resolution is on file and open to inspection at the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Tolland, Connecticut for the use or inspection of any interested person.
