Voting is now open! Vote for your favorite Scarecrows on the Tolland Green. Cast up to three votes for your favorite. The highest vote will win first place, the second highest will win second place and the third highest will win third place. Please click here for the Voting Form. Hosted by the Tolland Permanent Celebration Committee (PCC), the annual scarecrow contest is a highly anticipated kick-off for the town’s fall festival. Please join us on Saturday, October 15th to celebrate the Town Green Harvest Festival, with food, fun and live music. PCC will also have a booth on the Green to help residents register their votes. Voting will be open until October 26th.
