TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest state police arrests out of the Troop C barracks.

ELLINGTON, CT — Ann Sullivan, 61, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on Somers Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Tanizha Deberry, 43, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree abuse of persons, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment via a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Michel Grillo, 30, of Norwich, was charged via a warrant with issuing a bad check of more than $2,000.

TOLLAND, CT — Kenji Samuel Zevetchin, 23, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening in the second degree after an altercation on Shenipsit Lake Road.

Feb. 27

MANSFIELD, CT — Wesley Lank, 42, of Mansfield, was charged via a warrant with reckless driving, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

Feb. 29

ASHFORD, CT — Angeline Pavel, 28, of Manchester, was charged with unsafe backing, driving under the influence and driving without a license after a crash at the Ashford Wine and Spirits store on Route 44.

March 1

VERNON, CT — Carmen Milagros Aguaybarroso, 21, of Larchwood, IA, was charged with reckless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving under the influence and driving without a license after a state police clocked a vehicle at 100 mph on Interstate 84 eastbound near Exit 63.

VERNON, CT — Kyle Malloy, 40, of Manchester, was charged with reckless driving (exceeding 85 mph), driving under the influence, a lane violation, failure to comply with fingerprint requirements and interfering with police after a stop on near exit 66 on I-84 westbound in Vernon.

March 2

WILLINGTON, CT — David Guiles, 63, of Ashford, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Willington Hill Road.
