Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Feb. 21

WILLINGTON, CT — Andrea Williams, 31, of Willington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Ruby Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Amander Alger, 33, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident on Cedar Swamp Road.

Feb. 23

WILLINGTON, CT — Kevin Farnham, 56, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to wear a safety belt and failure to drive in the proper lane on a warrant.

Feb. 24

ELLINGTON, CT — Daniel Roche, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence (third offense), and a lane violation after a stop on Route 140.

Feb. 25

MANSFIELD, CT — Emily Balocca, 21, of Old Lyme, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on Willowbrook Road.
