STAFFORD, CT — Brandon Fisher, 19, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with officers and second-degree breach of peace; and Michael Rafferty, 18, of Somers, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol level of at least .02 at younger than 21, evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of alcohol by a minor and interfering with police, after a crash in Route 190.

STAFFORD, CT — Kit Tristam Marlow, 40, of Wolcott, was charged on a warrant with intentional cruelty to persons, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

MANSFIELD, CT — David Kapinos, 25, of Manchester, was charged with violating a protective order after an incident on Dartmouth Road.
MANSFIELD, CT — Tanya Nieves-Soto, 30, of Mansfield, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with police, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault after an altercation near Horse Barn Hill.
