Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By Connecticut State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests and convictions made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

TOLLAND, CT — Pedro Jose Reyes-Perez, 21, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault i connection with a disturbance on Charter Road.

Oct. 31

WILLINGTON, CT — Mark Ference, 42, of Stafford, was charged with reckless driving and second-degree breach of peace after an incident at the Eagle Saloon.

Nov. 1

TOLLAND, CT — Alex Messina, 26, of Tolland, was charged with probation violation.

STAFFORD, CT — James Ambler, 77, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after disturbance at Packard Ridge.

Nov. 3

MANSFIELD, CT — Benjamin Sewell, 29, of Coventry, was charged with speeding, driving under the influence and a lane violation following a stop on Route 32.

MANSFIELD, CT — Kaiyao Kai Ren, 20, of Mansfield, was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, along with third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

MANSFIELD, CT — Elliot Smith, 23, of Rutland, VT; was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence and unsafe backing following a crash at the Pourhouse.

Nov. 4

TOLLAND, CT — Richard Negron, 62, of Vernon, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle and driving under the influence on Sugar Hill Road.

SOMERS, CT — Carlo Joseph Tranghese, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Kibbe Grove Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Justin Corcoran, 33, of Stafford, was charged with driving while under suspension and driving under the influence after a stop on West Stafford Road.

SOMERS, CT — David Proulx, 33, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault and Disorderly conduct after an incident on Turnpike Road.
