TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

TOLLAND, CT — Joshua John, 27, of Tolland, was charged with a protective order violation after an incident on Fox Ridge Lane.

MANSFIELD, CT — Rochelle Phillips, 48, formerly of Mansfield and now of Fayetteville, NC, was charged via a warrant with first-and-fourth-degree larceny.

Dec. 21

MANSFIELD, CT — Kenneth Johnson, 49, of Mansfield, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct after an altercation on Spring Hill Road.

Dec. 22

SOMERS, CT — John Jennings, 62, of Stafford, was charged with narcotics possession, possession with intent to sell, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening after a traffic stop on Crestview Drive.

STAFFORD, CT — Brandon Maines, 36, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order following a disturbance on Conklin Road.

Dec. 23

ELLINGTON, CT — Ted Hale, 65, of Ellington, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence following a crash on Abbott Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Jennifer Hall, 47, of Vernon, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence in connection with a traffic stop on Interstate 84.

WILLINGTON, CT — Jose Escobar Juarez, 21, of Willington, was charged with a lane violation, driving under the influence, interfering, driving while under suspension and insurance and registration violations after a stop on Route 74.

WILLINGTON, CT — Paul Tomeo, 43, of Southington, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with a disturbance on Ruby Road.
