Troop C Log: The Latest Charges Filed By State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Oct. 3

ELLINGTON, CT — Brian Sebben, 41, of Ellington was charged with evading responsibility, a lane violation, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace on a warrant.

Oct. 4

ELLINGTON, CT — John Joseph Dowd, 48, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast and a lane violation following a crash on Meadow Brook Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Jamie Brodeur, 23, of Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on Ruby Road.

Oct. 6

ELLINGTON, CT — Christopher Pelligriti, 36, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with and altercation on Moser Drive.

SOMERS, CT — Bethany Smith, 37, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on South Road.

Oct. 7

MANSFIELD, CT — Mario Gonzalez, 19, of Windham, was charged with DUI with a BAC of less than .02 at younger than 21 after state police located a car in a cornfield off Pleasant Valley Road.

Oct. 9

TOLLAND, CT — Maryann Oppelt, 59, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a car crashed into a house on Grant Hill Road.
