ELLINGTON, CT — Andy Russano, 22, of Lisbon, was charged on a warrant with carrying a pistol without a permit, illegal possession of a gun in a motor vehicle, illegal discharge of a firearm, rendering a false statement, second-degree breach of peace, criminal possession of a pistol, felony conspiracy, criminal attempt at first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a shooting incident at a gathering in Ellington.

ELLINGTON, CT — Brittney Sepe, 29, of Somers, was charged with interfering with police, driving while under suspension, criminal impersonation and the use of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on Jobs Hill Road.
SOMERS, CT — James Sullivan, 25, of Granby, was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Horseshoe Lane.

VERNON, CT — Anthony Braica, 28, was charged on a warrant issued by Rockville Superior Court with first-degree forgery, interfering with police, criminal impersonation, possession of a controlled substance and the sale of a narcotic substance.

MANSFIELD, CT — Mansfield resident Devin Vigue, 26, was charged with possession of a controlled substance after a stop at the Ashford Dairy Bar & Grill.

TOLLAND, CT — Brian Cyr, 60, of Tolland, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence after a crash on Grahaber Road.
