Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Dec. 27

VERNON, CT — Timothy Rashan Miller, 37, of Windsor, was charged after a traffic stop on South Frontage Road with driving an unregistered vehicle, the illegal use of a marker plate, driving without minimum insurance, a lane violation, a stop sign violation, a windshield obstruction violation, a tint violation, the sale of more than a half-ounce of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance.

MANSFIELD, CT — Brock Donahue, 35, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a traffic stop on Stafford Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Ricardo David Gonzalez-Irizarry, 31, of Tolland, was charged with littering on public property, driving under the influence and a lane violation after a traffic stop on Tolland Stage Road and Burbank Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Rachel Pellegriti, 32, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Moser Drive.

Dec. 30

STAFFORD, CT — Jessica Anne Ramos, 41, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with the use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, risk of injury to a child, first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.

MANSFIELD, CT — James Leroux, 26, of Columbia, was charged with driving under the influence, a traffic control signal violation and a lane violation after a car ran a red light on Stafford Road.

Dec. 31

MANSFIELD, CT — David Wanzo, 25, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an altercation on Hunting Lodge Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Changhwa Park, 28, of Milford, was charged with driving while under suspension and reckless driving after state police clocked a Toyota Prius at 106 mph on Interstate 84.

ELLINGTON, CT — Max Bell, 36, of Clinton, MA, was charged with interfering with police, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint following a disturbance on South Road.
