• Body of Torrington man pulled out of Stillwater Pond Friday (wtnh.com) — State officials are investigating after a 65-year-old Torrington man was pulled from Stillwater Pond Friday evening, with local fire crews first recovering his body. Authorities have identified him as Stewart Rushlow of Torrington, and the Chief Medical Examiner will determine his cause of death. Officials say there appears to be no criminal aspect at this time.
