Trumbull Man Headed To Prison After Pocketing $3.5M For Fake Amazon Trucking Jobs (dailyvoice.com) β A 25-year-old Trumbull resident has been sentenced to federal prison for a wire fraud scheme that netted more than $3.5 million by billing Amazon for trucking jobs that were never completed. Prosecutors say he created or hijacked 23 trucking business accounts, falsified haul records, and must now repay the full amount and serve supervised release after prison, with a report date set for November 12.
