TRUMBULL, CT — A driver who was around four times the legal BAC limit was arrested after a minor crash on Daniels Farm Road, according to police.The crash happened around 2 p.m. and officers noticed that Juan Montes, 32, of Bridgeport smelled of alcohol, police said. He failed field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest.His BAC results were .32 and .30.
