Spring 2011 Registration.
Note: If your child plays in the fall he/she will already be registered for the spring.
All players must be Trumbull residents.
They must have turned age 4 before September 30th.
If you child does not meet the age requirement then please register next time for the fall season.
Proof of age is required for all first time players.
All players must Pre-Register on www.eayso.org
You must bring two printed copies of the signed application form to one of our registration nights: Monday- March14 or Thursday March 24 held from 6-8pm at the Trumbull Library.
Payment of $95 must accompany the application. Cash or Checks only.
