Man Nearly Hit 2 Officers During Investigation: Trumbull PD
The man refused to comply with police and nearly struck two officers in a vehicle as he fled, according to police.

TRUMBULL, CT — A Bridgeport man was arrested after he nearly hit two officers while fleeing them in January, according to police.
Officers noticed a dark-tinted window parked near the Rail Trail for an extended period of time. The vehicle smelled of marijuana when officers approached, police said.
Operator Doren Traille, 35, refused to give his license and fled in his vehicle, police said. Officers pursued, but called off the chase due to excessive speeds.

Later on they figured out who was driving through a registration search. Traille was arrested Feb. 14 after he was taken into custody at St. Vincent's Hospital for an unrelated matter.
He is charged with engaging police in a pursuit, reckless driving and interfering with police. Bond was set at $15,000.
